For those willing to spend some serious cash on a quality bow, $800 isn’t a huge sacrifice.

I did not chrono either of them as there is plenty of info out there on where these bows come in speed wise. The consensus is that the Mathews is 3-5 fps faster than the Hoyt. Lift 33. Where do I start. The draw is light years better in my mind than the previous few years of Mathews with SW cams.

I like the Mathew’s phase 4 and Hoyt VTM with the Hoyt feeling slightly better. Mostly based on how it felt drawing back.
