Quite a few extraction and/or ejection failures were reported with the very early releases of the P365, but many maintained that SIG had corrected this problem with a redesign of the recoil spring assembly. It cycled just fine, using everyday 147-grain range ammo. I have also tried it with the Beretta 80X Cheetah using the same PMC ammo I had in the .380 Sig. Again, no problems. However, my P365 is an early production model (February 2018) and aside from the dead night sights (which was fixed by Sig), I have yet to have an issue with the gun.
