Usually I wouldn't care but the boulder quest is a requirement for some late game stuff that I do happen to care about, and I have no idea what to do about this. Going back to the railroad doesn't trigger anything. I know there's a command to start quests but I have no idea how that works. Was wondering if anyone had any troubleshooting ideas.
