Implantation bleeding isn't a thing. There is a secondary estrogen surge about halfway through the LP that can cause a temperature dip and/or spotting for some people. At 5DPO, it's next to impossible to be related to implantation to begin with, as it's vanishingly rare for implantation to happen before 6DPO, and 9DPO is the most common.
